That is the only contact channel for this site. There is no contact form, no Discord server and no social account, so anything that needs a human goes to that address.

What to send here

Four kinds of message get a reply, in rough order of how quickly:

KindWhat to includeTypical turnaround
A correctionThe page URL, what is wrong, and where the right answer is publishedFastest - a source makes it a five-minute fix
A missing stuck pointWhat you were doing, what the game did, and your build numberA day or two, if it is reproducible
A rights requestThe asset, the page, and your relationship to the rights holderSame day
A general questionWhatever you would otherwise have searched forOnly if the answer is not already on the site

What not to send here

Game bug reports. This site is not the developer and cannot patch anything. Coin Crew Games collects bugs on the Steam forum and through the support channel linked from their pinned FAQ; tickets opened there have resulted in staff editing save files to unblock players, which is not something this guide can do.

Press or review requests. Not applicable - this is a guide site, not an outlet.

Account or purchase problems. Steam support handles purchases. If the issue is a save that will not load, the log files in %USERNAME%\AppData\LocalLow\CoinCrewGames\ProjectFLEA are what support will ask for, and they are overwritten on every launch, so copy them first.

How corrections are handled

Three steps, and they are the same for every message:

  1. The claim gets checked against a source. If the message includes a link, that is the source. If it does not, the site looks for one.
  2. If the source backs the correction, the page is changed and the checked date is updated. No silent edits - the date is how you can tell something moved.
  3. If the source does not back it, the message gets a reply saying so. A player report that cannot be reproduced does not become a page, because a guide built from unreproducible reports is worse than no guide.

A note on the email address

It is a real inbox, read by one person, and it is not a support queue. If you send a puzzle question that a page on this site already answers, the reply will be the link. That is not rudeness, it is the whole point of writing the pages.
